I always enjoyed the arts and being creative, favouring oil on canvas and sometimes watercolour.

But everything changed in 2005 when I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I have lost a lot of the feeling in my dominant hand and with reduced dexterity; the paintbrush is no longer an extension of myself.
Now classified as being disabled, my style has had to shift.
Rather than limiting me though, I have been able to experiment with different media and new techniques.

Ironically, my disease has bought with it a chance to evolve and develop my craft.
